FRE offers a range of creative courses, experiences and arts workshops that help teenagers to develop personal and professional skills. These fall under our umbrella curriculum, myRules, and include intensive short courses, experience days and ongoing after-school activities. We believe that inviting young learners to experience the creative and media industries, such as music, film/TV, journalism, fashion and beauty, drama and multimedia, can enhance the learning experience and engage even the most reluctant student. All of our programmes give participants a real-work hands-on learning experience.

Our Trainers
All of our courses are facilitated by industry professionals who have years of experience in their creative field, current industry knowledge and a proven ability to motivate young people. All trainers have up-to-date CRB enhanced disclosure.
Participants
All of our courses are designed for young people between the ages of 14 and 19. We offer funded courses for those who are NEET or at risk of offending or becoming NEET within specific London boroughs and for those with special educational needs. We also run mainstream provision to help young people, from the ages of 12 to 18, to unlock their talent, as part of the new government initiative to ensure all children have 5 hours a week of quality arts and culture.
